you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Business Overview

Deb Design Gallery provides customized printed gifts, corporate gifts, digital design files (PSD templates), branding materials, and related creative products.

2. Customized Products Policy

  • Most products offered are customized and personalized as per customer requirements.

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in case of manufacturing defects.

  • Once an order is confirmed, no changes to design, text, or photos will be accepted.

3. Order Confirmation

    • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

    • Final design approval shared via WhatsApp will be treated as final.

    • Deb Design Gallery will not be responsible for errors after customer approval.

4. Customer Content Responsibility

    • Customers are solely responsible for the legality and copyright of photos, logos, text, or designs provided.

    • Deb Design Gallery will not be held liable for any copyright infringement issues.

5. Color & Print Variation

    • Printed colors may vary by 5–10% from digital previews due to screen settings and printing processes.

    • Such variations are considered normal and not defects.

6. Pricing & Payments

    • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.

    • Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and other approved modes.

    • Orders will not be accepted without full payment.

7. Digital Products (PSD Files & Templates)

    • All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

    • Files are for personal and commercial use only.

    • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing digital files is strictly prohibited. Our All PSD Copyright Protected.

8. Shipping & Delivery

    • Delivery timelines vary based on product type and delivery location.

    • Deb Design Gallery is not responsible for courier delays or third-party logistics issues.

    • Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

    • Parcel Opening Video Is Mandatory, Make Unboxing Video Start to End Without Any Pause Or Stopping Video. Make Sure Parcel & Bill Proper Visible In Video.
      Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
      If Video Paused And Edited, Then Complaint will be Rejected.

    • Valid claims will be resolved through replacement or appropriate support.

10. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

    • Digital product orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

11. Communication Policy

    • Official communication is valid only via WhatsApp.

    • Deb Design Gallery will not be responsible for misunderstandings arising from verbal communication. We Accept Text Instructions Only.

12. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, images, videos, and content belong to Deb Design Gallery.

    • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

13. Modification of Terms

  • Deb Design Gallery reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

    2. Use of Customer Photos & Videos

    • We do NOT publish customer private photos or videos anywhere without permission.

    • If a product photo or video is required for social media, portfolio, or promotional purposes, prior permission is always taken from the customer.

    • Without customer consent, no product, image, or video is posted on any social media platform.

    3. Data Storage & Deletion Policy

    • Customer photos, raw images, design files, and order-related data are used only for order processing and fulfillment.

    • Once the order is completed and delivered, all raw images and customer data are permanently deleted from our system.

    • We do not store customer photos or personal files for future use.

    4. No Unauthorized Sharing

    • Customer data is never sold, shared, or transferred to any third party without consent.

    • Customer information is used strictly for order communication, production, and delivery purposes only.

    5. Social Media Posting Policy

    • Deb Design Gallery follows a strict no-permission, no-post policy.

    • Any product shown on WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms is shared only after customer approval.

    • Customers have full rights to refuse social media posting.
